You should be experienced and comfortable with lead generation using telephone, email, social channels and networking using a consultative sales process whilst focusing on the core task of securing meetings.
You will demonstrate value to prospective clients through your knowledge of digital transformation, an understanding of their sector challenges and the various digital technologies and services that can help a business change how they operate, and interact/transact with their customers.
Day to day your role will include
Lead generation - identifying new business contacts, leads and opportunitues
Setting up and execucuting campaigns
Contacting Senior Management and C-suite level people to get face-to-face meeting opportunities
Managing our CRM and other tools to keep all lead generation, contact and opportunity revenue data up-to-date
Representing and selling Tangent at industry events
Keeping abreast of the ever-changing digital landscape, external environment/market intelligence and key sector issues/market opportunities
Engaging with partners and key lead sources
What you’ll bring
Proven experience within a Business Development/Sales capacity
Experience dealing with senior level marketers, directors and C-suite executives
Hunter instincts - experienced at identifying new business opportunities & lead generation
Comfortable and have experience of cold-calling
Knowledge of Hubspot and/or other CRM tools
A hunger to succeed, grow and work as a team to drive business and revenue growth
A dedicated approach to business development with proven experience in making sales
A passion for digital, business transformation and strategy, with excellent communication skills (written & oral)
