Reporting to our Operations Director, you’ll be our ‘go to person’ for all our people matters including recruitment, culture, engagement and compliance. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a stand-alone role and able to work with a degree of autonomy as well as collaboratively.
We’ll rely on you to champion our values and ensure that all our people and culture related activities are focused on supporting our people and ensuring that they have fulfilling careers at Tangent.
You’ll need to continually look for creative and innovative ideas that make Tangent the place where talented people want to join and stay. Ideally, you’ll be someone who knows HR inside and out, and who isn’t afraid to be hands-on.
We are a small business but growing and the People & Culture Manager will be pivotal in making Tangent an incredible place to work. For this you must be someone who is genuinely invested in people, with a creative mind and a can-do attitude.
