National Accident Helpline is the UK’s most trusted personal injury claims company. They approached us with a brief to redesign and build their consumer facing website without compromising SEO or conversion.
The challenge was clear: to deliver a responsive and easy to navigate website at the same time as developing increased functionality to support wider business objectives – all within 3 months.
After delving deep into the site analytics and going through an extensive UX review, we identified parts of the user journey that were causing a bottle neck in the path to conversion.
We integrated an open-source Django CMS to allow their small digital marketing team to publish and edit vast amounts of content easily and quickly whilst reacting to market trends
Through the implementation of a sticky navigation, dynamic transitions and a range of SVG animations we were able to construct a more engaging website experience with a higher propensity to convert website traffic into qualified leads.
National Accident Helpline saw a net increase in the quantity and quality of their leads after just 4 weeks of launching the new site.
